- 특허소송사례[2013.02.22. 이탈리아 Danieli(DANIELI & C. OFFICINE MECCANICHE SpA)는 "특허심판원의 심결(심판번호 2011당901)의 취소"를 구하는 소장(소송대리인: 석기철 변리사)을 특허법원에 제출하였으며, 이에 대해 특허법원에서는 2013.09.05.자로 위 심결을 취소한다는 판결(2013허1603)을 선고함]
